Access to the files with prefix "slpublic" in the file name is unrestricted.
Access to the files with prefix "sl_P000" in the file name is reserved for STOXX Index licensees including Sedol License.
Access to the files with prefix "sl_P001" in the file name is reserved for STOXX Index licensees excluding Sedol License.
