Deutsche Börse AG announces recommended all-cash takeover offer for SimCorp A/S, intends to combine Qontigo and ISS and create new investment management solutions segment
In parallel to the takeover of SimCorp A/S, Deutsche Börse AG intends to combine its existing data & analytics subsidiaries Qontigo and ISS under one leadership. Upon completion of the offer, the combination of Qontigo/ISS and SimCorp A/S will be grouped within a newly created Investment Management Solutions segment to drive further growth, efficiencies, and full value crystallisation. This includes the option of a potential IPO for the combined ISS/Qontigo business in the medium term.

Qontigo licenses the STOXX® Europe Luxury 10 index to Samsung AM, as European luxury goods market rebounds
Qontigo has licensed the STOXX® Europe Luxury 10 index to Samsung Asset Management, to serve as an underlying index for an inaugural ETF listing on the Korean Exchange. The index comprises ten of the largest European companies in the luxury goods sector, including some of the world’s most iconic premium brands: Dior, Hermès, LVMH and Moncler.

Paris-aligned ESG STOXX indices licensed to four German pension funds
Qontigo has licensed the global STOXX ESG Länder PAB Index family to four German federal states. PAB (Paris-aligned Benchmark) stands for the most ambitious EU regulation regarding fossil exclusion criteria and greenhouse gas decarbonization for index providers.
Qontigo has announced the new composition of the DAX index family, which will become effective on 20 March 2023. DAX, MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX represent the largest companies on the Regulated Market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange; they are reviewed every three months.
Qontigo has announced the new composition of the STOXX Europe 600 Index. Effective as of the opening of European markets on March 20, 2023, these stocks will be added to and deleted from the index and its respective size and sector indices.
