ZUG (3 June 2021) – On Thursday, Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. announced changes to the DAX index family, which will become effective on 21 June 2021. Auto1 Group SE will be included in the MDAX and will replace Siltronic AG (moves to SDAX), based on the fast exit rule.
The STOXX® Global 1800 Index rises 1.5% in May as countries lift restrictions put in place to control the COVID-19 pandemic. The pan-European STOXX® Europe 600 Index increases 2.7% in euros. Both benchmarks mark a new record high in the month.
Stocks rose for a fourth consecutive month in May, with the STOXX® Global 1800 Index extending its all-time high, as countries lifted restrictions put in place to control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
