Summary
The STOXX Europe 50 ex Banks Index is a subset of the STOXX Europe 50 Index, Europe's leading Blue-chip index. The index provides a representation of supersector leaders in Europe, excluding companies that are allocated to the supersector 'Banks' according to the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The index covers 17 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
