Stock selection is based on quality (profitability, earnings quality, management quality, earnings revision and leverage) and growth (historical, implied, expected) fundamentals and then optimized based on value and profitability criteria. Constraints on an industry and company level are enforced to ensure that the portfolio is diversified.
