(Zug, 31 January 2022) Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. has announced an unscheduled adjustment to the SDAX index.
In connection with the takeover of ADVA Optical Networking SE by Acorn HoldCo, Inc. the current share class of ADVA Optical Networking SE ((DE0005103006) will be replaced with the tendered share class (DE000A3MQBT1) in SDAX.
The basis for this adjustment is section 5.1.6 Conversion into Tendered Shares in the Guide to the DAX Equity Indices.
This change will become effective on 3 February 2022.
