The ECPI UK Governance Government Bond Monthly Hedged Index is a monthly hedged version of the ECPI UK Governance Government Bond Index. The ECPI Hedged indices are an innovative investment tool that measures the performance of an underlying index while at the same time eliminating foreign currency fluctuations. The indices therefore combine the performance of the underlying ECPI index with a hypothetical, rolling investment into one-month foreign exchange forward contracts. The ECPI Hedged indices are designed to serve as a benchmark for actively managed funds and to underlie exchange traded funds and structured products.

The STOXX Benchmark ESG-X Indices are based on a selection of STOXX Benchmark Indices and apply standardized ESG exclusion screens. The screens are based on the responsible policies of leading asset owners and aim to reduce reputational and idiosyncratic risks.

STOXX excludes companies that ISS ESG considers to be non-compliant with its Norms-based research, that are involved in controversial weapons or severe controversies, are tobacco producers, or that either derive revenues from thermal coal ext have power generation capacity that utilizes thermal coal.

STOXX Benchmark ESG-X Indices are suitable as underlying indices for mandates, passive funds, ETFs, structured products and listed derivatives, with the ambition to increase liquidity and lower the cost of trading.

This index applies screens in alignment with the ESMA guidelines on funds’ names using ESG or sustainability-related terms, which include controversial weapons, Tobacco, Coal (>1%), Oil fuels (>10%), Gaseous fuels (>50%/ Power generation), UNGC principles / OECD guidelines.Per the ESMA guidelines on funds’ names using ESG or sustainability-related terms, this index meets an 80% threshold linked to the proportion of investments used to meet environmental or social characteristic or sustainable investment objectives in accordance with the binding elements of the investment strategy.

The ECPI Global ESG Agri-Business Index is an equally weighted index, of 100 components, designed to offer investors exposure to companies most exposed to the agricultural business and the use of technology and technological innovation to improve the efficiency and output of agriculture.

The iSTOXX Global ESG Eurozone Leg Equal Weight Index aims to replicate an investment in the 60 largest stocks by free-float market capitalization from the EURO STOXX ESG-X Index where companies are eligible if they are not involved in Unconventional Oil & Gas and if they are in the top 120 in terms of ESG, as calculated by Sustainalytics. The constituents are equal-weighted and the index is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
