Summary
The STOXX Global Real Estate index series is designed to provide a broad representation of publicly-traded real estate securities, measuring the performance of the top real estate companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Listed Property Trusts (LPTs), and Real Estate Holding & Development stocks in Europe, the Americas and Asia/Pacific, as defined by the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The indices are derived from the STOXX Global 1800 Index, a broad yet investable index comprising the 600 largest stocks by free float market capitalisation from each of the three regions.
