Summary

Indicator for all Prime Standard equities Each of the companies listed on the Frankfurter Stock Exchange can decide whether it applies to list in the General or Prime Standard. Inclusion in the Prime Standard is associated with higher subsequent admission requirements regarding transparency. With the Prime All Share, Deutsche Börse AG has launched an index that measures the overall performance of all equities in this segment. The main admission criteria are: admission to the Prime Standard and fulfillment of the resultant international transparency requirements such as quarterly reporting, application of international accounting standards in accordance with IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP, publishing a corporate calendar, holding at least one analyst conference per year and publishing ad hoc disclosures also in English.
