Summary
The iSTOXX® MUTB China A Quality AM 150 index (accessible market ) represents a portfolio of the China A shares that are accessible to foreign investors through the northbound trading segments of the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programmes. The portfolio aims to capture the performance of quality companies with high profitability, low leverage and sustainable cash flows in China. The component selection is based on a combined ranking of four fundamentals ratios (return on equity, debt-to-asset, cash flow generation ability and business stability). Shares need to fulfil minimum liquidity criteria before being added to the index.
