ECPI Global Clean Energy

The ECPI Global ESG Technology Index is composed of 30 Technology companies selected on the basis of fundamental indicators such as R&D Expenditure and Revenues and that are listed in the global markets.

The ECPI Global Developed ESG Corporate Bond Monthly Hedged Index is a monthly hedged version of the ECPI Global Developed ESG Corporate Bond Index. The ECPI Hedged indices are an innovative investment tool that measures the performance of an underlying index while at the same time eliminating foreign currency fluctuations. The indices therefore combine the performance of the underlying ECPI index with a hypothetical, rolling investment into one-month foreign exchange forward contracts. The ECPI Hedged indices are designed to serve as a benchmark for actively managed funds and to underlie exchange traded funds and structured products.

The ECPI Circular Economy Leaders 3.5% Decrement Index is the decrement version of the ECPI Circular Economy Leaders Net Return Index (GALPHCEN Index), with 3.5% synthetic dividend decrement.

The STOXX Europe 600 ESG+ Index tracks the performance of the STOXX Europe 600 after a set of compliance, involvement and ESG performance screens are applied. Companies that are non-compliant based on the ISS-ESG Norms Based Screening assessment or are involved in Controversial Weapons are not eligible for selection. Additional exclusion filters are applied, screening companies for involvement in Tobacco, Thermal Coal, Unconventional Oil ; Gas, Civilian Firearms, and Military Contracting. The remaining securities are ranked in descending order of their ESG scores within each of the 11 ICB Industry groups. The STOXX Europe 600 ESG+ Index select the top-ranking securities in each of the ICB Industries until the number of selected securities reaches 80% of the number of securities in the underlying index.

This index applies screens in alignment with the ESMA guidelines on funds’ names using ESG or sustainability-related terms, which include controversial weapons, Tobacco, Coal (>1%), Oil fuels (>10%), Gaseous fuels (>50%/ Power generation), UNGC principles / OECD guidelines.
