Index Description

The STOXX Europe 600 Focus indices are designed to capture the performance of companies based on their revenue exposure across domestic or foreign markets. The STOXX Europe 600 Domestic Focus Index tracks companies that generate the majority of their revenues within Europe. On the other hand, the STOXX Europe 600 Foreign Focus index tracks companies that generate most of their revenues outside of this region.

Performance and annual returns

Methodology

The parent index of the STOXX Europe 600 Focus indices is the STOXX Europe 600. Index constituents are selected from the eligible list of companies as follows:
1. STOXX Europe 600 Domestic Focus Index: From the Universe, only companies with 50% or more domestic geographical revenue will be included in the Domestic Index.
2. STOXX Europe 600 Foreign Focus Index: From the Universe, the remaining companies which were not included in the Domestic Index, will form the Foreign Index.
The index is reviewed quarterly in March, September, June and December.
