4 May 2023 - Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. has announced unscheduled component changes in the MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX indices.

In parallel to the takeover of SimCorp A/S, Deutsche Börse AG intends to combine its existing data & analytics subsidiaries Qontigo and ISS under one leadership. Upon completion of the offer, the combination of Qontigo/ISS and SimCorp A/S will be grouped within a newly created Investment Management Solutions segment to drive further growth, efficiencies, and full value crystallisation. This includes the option of a potential IPO for the combined ISS/Qontigo business in the medium term.

Qontigo has licensed the STOXX® Europe Luxury 10 index to Samsung Asset Management, to serve as an underlying index for an inaugural ETF listing on the Korean Exchange. The index comprises ten of the largest European companies in the luxury goods sector, including some of the world’s most iconic premium brands: Dior, Hermès, LVMH and Moncler.

The Sustainable Development Investments Asset Owner Platform (SDI AOP) and Qontigo, its exclusive distribution partner, have announced the launch of the SDI Dashboard. The new tool allows investors to upload their investment portfolios and analyse them across a range of SDG-related parameters.

Qontigo has licensed the global STOXX ESG Länder PAB Index family to four German federal states. PAB (Paris-aligned Benchmark) stands for the most ambitious EU regulation regarding fossil exclusion criteria and greenhouse gas decarbonization for index providers.

Qontigo has announced the new composition of the DAX index family, which will become effective on 20 March 2023. DAX, MDAX, SDAX and TecDAX represent the largest companies on the Regulated Market of Frankfurt Stock Exchange; they are reviewed every three months.

Qontigo has announced the new composition of the STOXX Europe 600 Index. Effective as of the opening of European markets on March 20, 2023, these stocks will be added to and deleted from the index and its respective size and sector indices.

Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. has announced extraordinary component changes in the DAX and STOXX indices. As made public on 19 January, Linde plc will be deleted from the DAX index and several STOXX indices.

Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. announces that Linde plc will be deleted from the DAX index effective 27 February 2023. The reason for this is the company’s announcement related to the delisting of its ordinary shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

In connection with a takeover, the free float of Uniper SE has dropped below ten percent and the company will be deleted from the SDAX. According to the „Guide to the DAX Equity Indices“, section 5.1.2, the company no longer meets the basic criteria required to remain in the index (minimum free float of ten percent).
