Entry Standard Index (TR) EUR

Summary

More transparency on the open marketThe Entry Standard index comprises the companies from the Entry Standard segment, a sub-segment of the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse - FWB®), with additional transparency requirements. The Entry Standard aims to provide particularly SMEs with cost-effective access to the capital market. Inclusion in the Entry Standard does not represent stock exchange listing on an organized market as the index is primarily aimed at qualified investors in a position to assess and bear any increased risks relating to investment in shares of the companies listed in this segment. The Entry Standard is open to all companies that aim for efficient trading of their shares with few formal requirements. It is especially attractive for established but young SMEs, while private equity and venture capital investors can use it as an exit channel. There is no sector focus nor are there any minimum requirements on the age or size of the company.Companies that visibly position themselves within the open market and that want to make more information available to the capital market select listing in the Entry Standard. With the open market, Deutsche Börse uses its scope to enable particularly smaller and medium-sized companies easy, fast and cost-effective inclusion in exchange trading.
